2To add Online Prescription Management you will need a Kroger Family of Pharmacies prescription number and qualifying patient information. For privacy reasons, we must also verify your identity. If you are not a current Pharmacy customer and do not have a current script, please visit your local Kroger Co. Family of Stores participating Pharmacy to enroll.
3In order to connect your Shopper’s Card to My Prescriptions, you must first approve a HIPPA authorization to access your Pharmacy information. We take every precaution to protect your Pharmacy information and will not share your personal health information with outside companies.
4You will receive your first personalized Wellness Your Way communication via direct mail within 12 weeks of enrollment.
