- Stainless Steel: Stainless-steel pans are lightweight yet durable and are good for making a wide variety of foods. Since these items don’t have any non-stick coating, you can keep your finished food from clinging to this material by preheating your cookware before adding the ingredients.
- Silicone: A great alternative to old-fashioned materials, silicone is lightweight, resistant to damage and incredibly flexible.
