One Bowl Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups with liners; set aside.
- In large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla and salt until well blended.
- Whisk in flour and baking powder to thoroughly combine.
- Divide batter evenly between prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to wire rack. Cool completely before frosting.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature or wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
