Ingredients
- 1 watermelon, cut into triangle shaped wedges
- 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth Organic Tahini
- 3 tbsp. chili crisp
- 1 6-inch Garnish with: salt, Private Selection Sesame Seeds, and fresh mint
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine tahini and 3 Tbsp. ice cold water. Whisk until smooth and light. It will separate and then turn smooth as you whisk. Add an additional tablespoon or two, if needed. Stir in chili crisp and set aside.
- Arrange watermelon wedges on a platter. Drizzle with the spicy tahini, then garnish with salt, sesame seeds, additional chili crisp, and fresh mint. Enjoy!
