This pita pocket holds a delicious surprise inside! Diced strawberries give this treat a sweet bite and a yummy texture.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic™ Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic™ Four Fruit Fruit Spread
- 1 pita pocket, halved
- 3⁄4 cup strawberries, divided
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 bar Simple Truth™ Sea Salt Nut Bars
Directions
- Spread the peanut butter and fruit spread inside the pita pocket. Dice a few strawberries and place inside the pita, over the peanut butter and fruit spread. Place in a plastic bag or container and into the lunch box.
- Place remaining strawberries in a plastic bag or container, along with the banana, into the lunch box.
- Add the applesauce and nut bar to the lunch box.
- Send to school or place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
