Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
- 4 slices Dietz & Watson Corned Beef
- 2 pieces rye bread
- 1⁄4 cup sauerkraut
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat.
- Lightly butter on one side of two rye bread slices.
- Spread the other non-buttered bread sides with thousand island (if desired).
- On the opened bread slice, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
- Close sandwich with remaining bread slice, buttered side out.
- Place sandwich on skillet, giving it a nice grill for about 4-5 minutes until each side is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
