Miller Lite® Beer Cheese Dip

This cheesy appetizer is a must-have for any party. Serve it with pretzels, crackers, bread, veggies or whatever else you dare to dunk!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Miller Lite®
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour. Whisk 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in milk. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Slowly add beer; whisk until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until smooth and creamy, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
