Hot Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This easy spicy-and-sweet side dish is kosher and can be served with either meat or dairy meals.

  • 1 1⁄2 pounds Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut into 1” wedges
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Honey Infused with Chilies
  • 2 tbsp. roasted pepitas


  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss potato wedges with oil, salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until wedges are tender and lightly browned on the edges.
  • Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with pepitas.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
