Hot Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes
This easy spicy-and-sweet side dish is kosher and can be served with either meat or dairy meals.

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 pounds Sweet Potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut into 1” wedges
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Hot Honey Infused with Chilies
- 2 tbsp. roasted pepitas
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Toss potato wedges with oil, salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until wedges are tender and lightly browned on the edges.
- Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with pepitas.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
