Green Grapple Smoothie

Grapple is the fun combination of grapes and apples. Both fruits add sweetness to this low sodium green smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 Green Granny Smith Apples, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
