Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (48 fl. oz.) container Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly thawed
- 1 (13 oz.) package Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed and divided"
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1⁄4 cup Caramel syrup
Directions
- Line a 9”x13” baking pan with aluminum foil. Spread the slightly thawed ice cream into the bottom of the dish.
- Spread about 2 cups of crushed cookie over the ice cream layer.
- Spread the whipped topping over the cookie layer, then sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs and drizzle with the caramel topping.
- Freeze until ready to serve.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
