Ingredients
- 2 cups Mahatma® Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Coca-Cola® of Mexico
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
- 2 cups Premium Coconut Milk
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon Country Crock® Vegetable Oil Spread
- 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Directions
- In pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil spread, coconut milk and salt; cook 5 minutes, scraping bottom continuously.
- Add water, vegetable bouillon, cola, rice and raisins; bring to boil. Stir once, cover, reduce heat to low; cook 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat; let rest 5 minutes.
- Using a fork, fluff rice. Garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes.
- Serve with Nescafé® Clásico™ Coffee.
