Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mahatma® Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola® of Mexico
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
  • 2 cups Premium Coconut Milk
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Country Crock® Vegetable Oil Spread
  • 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Directions

  • In pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil spread, coconut milk and salt; cook 5 minutes, scraping bottom continuously.
  • Add water, vegetable bouillon, cola, rice and raisins; bring to boil. Stir once, cover, reduce heat to low; cook 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat; let rest 5 minutes.
  • Using a fork, fluff rice. Garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes.
  • Serve with Nescafé® Clásico™ Coffee.
