Segura Viudas Brut Rose Brut

Segura Viudas Brut Rosé is a perfect example of what a Cava Rosado should be, with its intense fruitiness, on both nose and palate, lively color and finesse. Made principally from the Trepat variety, this black grape, originally from Conca de Barbera. Segura Viudas was a pioneer in the regeneration of Trepat grape through our commitment of working with indigenous varieties as raw materials for our Cavas to give them the distinctive typicity we are always looking for.

• The palate is refreshing, full of cherry fruit and light acidity. A soft finish on the back of the palate gives a lovely, approachable balance
• Ideal with most fish or vegetable appetizers, seafood rice, salmon or grilled tuna where it complements both in color and flavor. It is also refreshing as a mid afternoon glass of sparkling wine
