San-J Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce
San-J Organic Shoyu is made with soybeans and wheat. Shoyu is the Japanese name for soy sauce. Shoyu has a wonderful aroma that heightens flavors. Splash shoyu on fried rice and stir-fry dishes, or use as a dipping sauce base for sushi and tempura. Use shoyu as a table condiment instead of salt.
