Discovered on a walk on the stone paths of Pienza in Tuscany, this shimmering combination of nuts in honey sat in a faceted jar perched on a glass shelf in one of the many cheese stores. This version is a good match. An ambrosia mix of nuts and honey, it is a delicious addition to a cheese platter with pecorino cheese or a creamy Cashel blue.
