DIY Halloween Glitter Polka Dot Pumpkins

Create glitter polka dot pumpkins for your Halloween décor in a few easy steps. Use glue dots or glue to make small circles, add glitter and you have a sparkly decoration just in time for Halloween. 

Things You'll Need: 

  • Small pumpkins
  • Glitter
  • Glue dots or liquid glue

Directions: 

  1. Add ½ inch glue dots to your pumpkin. You can add as many or as little as you’d like. Glue dots are typically used for scrapbooking and can easily be removed in case you would like to use the pumpkins after Halloween. Another option is to hand draw dots using tacky glue or white school glue. Note: this will require drying time of a few hours, depending on how much glue is applied.
  2. Sprinkle glitter on your glue dots or make a small pile of glitter to roll your pumpkin in. I found the second method to work the best with the glue dots.
  3. Remove remaining glitter with a small brush. 

Now decorate your mantle, porch or Halloween tablescape with your new glitter pumpkins!
