Remembering to take your medication can be tough, but there are a few different ways to remind yourself to take your medication each day:

• Start a Routine: Purchase a medicine organizer to prep your medication for the entire week. You can also try storing your medication near something you touch every day, like your toothbrush or coffee maker, to incorporate it into your daily routine.
• Use Your Tech: Set an alarm on your phone to remind yourself to take your medication at a specific time each day.

If you struggle to remember to refill your prescriptions, you can use a few of our services to help:

• Auto Refill: We offer a free program that automatically refills your prescription* when your supply runs out. Access the My Prescriptions tool to enroll.

Child safety caps on prescription bottles are designed to keep kids out of the medication, but sometimes they’re too difficult for the person actually taking the medicine to open. Our Pharmacies carry non-safety caps for medicine bottles. Just ask your pharmacist next time you’re in the store.
