Explore the many ways to access Kroger Pay easily from your phone, in Store Mode, ask Siri or Google Assistant, tap the mobile app quick link or long tap on the app icon and select Kroger Pay. No need to type in your alternate ID. Using Kroger Pay automatically applies your loyalty information. Now you’re ready to redeem digital coupons and checkout with Kroger Pay!

- Once you’ve downloaded the App, if Kroger Pay is available in your location, there are a number of ways you can access it:

- Tap Kroger Pay and log into your existing Account. You will also be prompted to verify your phone number with twofactor authentication if you have not done so previously. You will be prompted to create a four-digit PIN. You also have the option to use biometrics (such as facial recognition or fingerprint) to secure your Kroger Pay wallet.
- Ensure your “Shopping at” location is selected to your preferred store, which can be found on the home page within the App.
Kroger Pay is a fast, contact-free, safe way to pay and save using your mobile device at participating in store and fuel center locations in the Kroger Family of Companies. Kroger Pay generates a one-time use quick response code (“QR Code”) that securely transmits payment and loyalty information from your mobile phone at check out. In addition, your Kroger Pay wallet is linked to your Kroger Co. Family of Stores Rewards program loyalty account, enabling you to automatically accrue loyalty points when making an eligible purchase using Kroger Pay. Simply scan the Kroger Pay QR Code at any time during checkout for a faster, more convenient experience.
Kroger Pay is accepted at participating in-store locations* in the Kroger Family of Companies in the United States. Kroger Pay can be used in-store at attendant or self-checkout lanes, in-store Pharmacy checkout and Beer, Wine & Liquor locations (where available). Kroger Pay is also accepted at Kroger Fuel Centers. Kroger Pay currently is not available for use in Pharmacy drive-thru lanes. Kroger Pay is not accepted at certain independent merchants within Kroger stores or online and cannot be used at stores outside of the Kroger Family of Companies.

To set up Kroger Pay, first you will need to have a digital account with one of the Kroger Family of Companies (“Account”) and download a Kroger Co. Family of Stores App (“App”) on a Kroger Pay-compatible mobile device. You can download the App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Any payment cards you have saved to your digital wallet are available to use within Kroger Pay. After you’ve entered your four-digit PIN or scanned your biometrics, you will see your default card at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on it will show all cards saved in your digital wallet. You can set a default payment method and change your payment method at any time. You can load additional eligible payment cards for use in Kroger Pay into your digital wallet via the App or by logging into your Account online.
KROGER PAY¹ To view Kroger Pay in our mobile app, please make sure you have the most recent app version (24.0 or later).² Restrictions apply, “contact-free” applies to transactions through staffed registers only.
⁴BOOST DISCLOSURE Boost offer applies to new credit cardmembers who apply and are approved for the Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard®. Must enroll for Boost Membership and provide payment information to activate your membership and receive free one-year Next Day Boost membership. If you choose the $99/year Same-Day Boost membership, you will receive a $59 waiver upon enrollment. Upon expiration of free membership period, you will be charged for an annual membership unless canceled prior to the end of free membership period. An annual membership currently costs $59/year for the Next-Day Membership and $99/year for the Same-Day Membership, but the cost of the yearly membership is subject to change. You can cancel any time before the end of the first year of membership by visiting your membership page. If you decide to cancel, your current Boost benefits will be available until the end of your membership period. Only one free Boost membership per household. Current Boost members must re-enroll to redeem Boost membership and you will receive complimentary one-year membership in the Boost program after current Boost membership expires. Offer cannot be used for payment of current Boost membership. See the Kroger Family of Companies website for more information regarding Boost membership.
³FUEL DISCLOSURE Offer applies to new cardmembers only. Subject to credit approval. Discount is available at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers each time you redeem at least 100 existing fuel points earned in a single month. You must scan, redeem fuel points and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount. The first-year additional 55¢ discount offer expires one year from the cardmember’s approval date and does not require a spend minimum. Following completion of the introductory fuel offer, your Account will be eligible for an additional 25¢ per gallon discount at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers when you (1) spend $6,000 annually in eligible net purchases and (2) redeem at least 100 existing fuel points earned in a single month. You must scan, redeem fuel points, and pay with your Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® in order to receive the fuel discount. You must spend at least $6,000 in a calendar year (or within the first 12 months after Account opening, as described below). The date that a transaction is made may not be the same date that a transaction posts to your Account. Transactions must post within the 12- month period to be applied toward the required minimum spend amount. Once the minimum spend is reached, you will be eligible to receive the 25¢ fuel discount starting within the next calendar month. Your Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) at the time you qualify to receive the fuel discount. Fraudulent transactions will not earn fuel points. The 25¢ fuel discount expires on January 31st and following that date, you will receive 5¢ off per gallon of fuel unless the previous calendar year’s eligible net purchases on your Account totaled at least $6,000 (in which case the 25¢ discount will continue for the remainder of the year). To be eligible for the first calendar year after the Account is opened, your posted spend must equal at least $6,000 during the first 12 months that your Account is open. Eligibility for the second year (even if Account has not been open for 12 months), and future years, is determined on a calendar year basis starting January after the Account is opened. Not valid with any other fuel offer. Accumulation excludes taxes, office services, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, prescriptions and any purchases prohibited by law. Fuel discount effective at participating fuel center locations. Not valid in MO or where prohibited by law. Purchases made at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points or fuel points. Please see store for fuel discounts details and in-store spending requirements. Selling or purchasing fuel points is prohibited. Fuel redemption offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. No discounts to dealers, wholesalers, or fleet programs. No cash back. Not valid where prohibited by law. We may suspend or remove you from the fuel program due to violation of these terms or because of fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
³KROGER PAY 5% DISCLOSURE †Kroger Pay non-fuel transactions earn 5% cash back on the first $3,000 in purchases each calendar year and 2% on amounts above that. Kroger Pay transactions at Fuel Centers do not earn rewards. Mobile wallet transactions (excluding Kroger Pay) earn 5% on the first $3,000 in purchases each calendar year and 1% on amounts above that, regardless of where the transaction was made, including Kroger Family of Companies locations. "Mobile wallet" is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of a mobile device (in a store, in-app or online) and includes Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Pay™, Garmin Pay™ and LG Pay®. If a Kroger Pay or Mobile Wallet transaction might also qualify as a rewards category transaction, then the card issuer has sole discretion on how to categorize the transaction.
CASH BACK DISCLOSURE Subject to credit approval. Cash Back rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Rewards expire after 36 months. Rewards are only available for redemption if your Account is open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit). Rewards can be redeemed via Real-Time Rewards when you make an eligible purchase of $10 or more at Kroger Family of Companies or via statement credit when you have earned a minimum of 1,000 Rewards Points (worth $10). Rewards can be redeemed via Kroger Family of Companies Gift Cards when you have earned a minimum of 2,500 Rewards Points (worth $25). Purchases made at Kroger Family of Companies Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points. Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details.
