How can I sign up for a Kroger Plus
Shopper's Card?
Kroger Plus Card applications are only available at the store.
Signing up is very simple. Stop by the customer service desk
before you begin shopping and ask for an application. It takes
only a few moments and your savings will begin on that very trip.
How many points do I have on my Kroger
Plus Shopper's Card?
Points are only tallied during a specified promotion. Call
the toll free number on the back of your card to speak to a
representative about the number of points you have accumulated.
What are the points that are
accumulating at the bottom of my receipt?
The points you see accumulating on your receipt are for various
promotions that we offer throughout the year. You earn one (1)
point for each dollar spent. The current promotion should be
stated on your receipt, if not, please call the toll-free number
on the back of your card.
I've lost my card. How can
I get a new one?
The barcodes used on the Plus Cards are unique to each individual.
Therefore we are unable to replace a lost card(s). If you lose
one or all of the cards, please see the Customer Service desk at
your local Kroger store for a new application. A new set of cards
will be issued to you. In the area where it asks you to affix a
Kroger Plus Card decal simply write in your old Plus Card number.
The new information will take precedence in our system and all
of your previously collected points will be forwarded to your new card.
My address has changed. Do I
need to get a new card?
If your Plus Card information has changed, please call the toll-free
number on the back of your card. A representative will make the changes
for you. If you prefer, you may apply for a new set of cards. In the
area where it asks you to affix a Kroger Plus Card decal simply write
in your old Plus Card number. The new information will take precedence
in our system and all of your previously collected points will be
forwarded to your new card.
I found a set of keys with a Kroger
Card attached. How can I contact the owner?
We value the privacy of our customers; therefore we will not reveal
information about the owner of the keys. Please place the entire
set of keys in a mailbox. The keys will be sent to a Kroger division
office and then mailed to the owner.
