Kroger Manufacturing plants produce more than 5,000 food and non-food products at facilities nationwide. Our wide offering of Kroger-manufactured items includes dairy, bread, beverage and deli products. In fact, the manufacturing group is the largest private label manufacturer in the United States. Kroger operates 42 facilities that manufacture the Private Selection, Banner, and FMV brands.

The Kroger Manufacturing Group has an established human resources planning and evaluation program designed to enhance managerial skills and career development. We support annual assessments by both employee and manager. We custom-design a training plan for each of our managers, targeting the individual’s strengths and identifying areas for growth. Seminars, in-house training and industry education are just a few of our current training methods. In addition to offering a wide variety of training programs to our associates, Kroger Manufacturing also provides a Career Training Program (CTP) for recent college graduates and a formal mentoring program for new employees that provides an experienced guide to coach and counsel these employees during their first year with the Company.
